Comment:

 Hi, @ocean90 . As I mentioned, I'm not able to reproduce it now because I
 don't have a WP installation to try it. As soon as I can setup a new
 system, I will try to reproduce it once again.

 My concern is that either I removed the Twenty* themes from the Admin and
 the language files kept there or they came back when I upgraded to 4.8.2.
