 [attachment:40228.2.diff] is looking good. It applies cleanly and tests
 pass after [41698]. I'll spend some more time with it tomorrow morning.

 I do think we need to keep the deprecated `blog_details` filter as part of
 `get_blog_details()`. Its deprecation is a recommendation to use another
 filter, but we'd be breaking back-compat by removing it.
