 Hello team,

 I recently updated to 4.9 and came to know this issue. The select all
 functionality stop working on plugins, pages, posts, media everywhere.
 Also at some pages I am not able to close notification or messages.The
 help, and screen options at top right corner got effected too.

 I didn't find any issue reported regarding the same. If anyone has already
 reported this please correct me.

 I also didnt find any time to offer you solution for this, however I will
 update this ticket if I will able to make it.
