tickets (one per family of changes, individual tickets, ...) ? It would be
great to discuss a consistent workflow for these, as that work will
probably include a lot of "good first issues" and would be great (WCUS)
contributor day material.
New tickets, I'm inclined to group them by family - if a contributor day
lead wants to reserve a ticket, they can pretty easily split the ticket by
file (or whatever they prefer, really) among the contributors they're
guiding.
