 Should the links within the update notices be underlined too? I guess so,
 as the contrast on the yellow background is even lower than on a white
 background.

 Plugins page:

 On the Dashboard the background is white but there's no underline:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/TtGiJcV1rY.png)]]

 This would also improve consistency with similar links used for Themes,
 that are underlined:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/ly0tl_Ckrv.png)]]
