 Trac is for reporting bugs and enhancements in WordPress core. If you're
 having problems with your plugin hosted on WordPress.org, you should
 contact plugins at wordpress.org.

 It seems like you're talking about your
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/iconizer/ plugin as it has been updated
 recently. It shows as version 1.1 to me, so it seems like you've resolved
 the issue. However, there are two things I like to point out:

 1. You're not tagging you're releases in Subversion
 2. Stable Tag in readme.txt should be your latest release, not the
 WordPress version

 I highly recommend you to read https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins
 /wordpress-org/how-to-use-subversion/ to understand the whole process.
