 In Page Builder mode, in the Text Block editing window, the Save Changes
 button changes the appearance of the text in the non-editing window, but
 doesn't actually save the changes. When I click Update, the text reverts
 to what it was before I started.

 If I switch to Classic Mode, I can make and save changes that are retained
 when I switch to Page Builder mode, but this is a rather cumbersome work
 flow.
