 There is an undocumented, third argument, '''$args''', into
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/user_can/ user_can()]
 function as written in [https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/users
 /roles-and-capabilities/#user-can Roles and Capabilities] section of
 Plugin Handbook.

 It's the same of
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/current_user_can/
 current_user_can()] (already documented).
