Comment:

 @westonruter Order of the date is correct, but since that is just
 considered to have `Y, y, o, F, m, M, n, j, d`, if the format contains
 anything else of these string, the extra items will show up after the
 forms. The screenshot shows what happens with the default Japanese date
 format - `Y年n月j日`
