 This is the specific issue I found testing on IE11 -
 https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedbackdetail/view/951267/horizontal-
 scrolling-with-flex-grow-max-width

 The `max-width: 700px;` on `.about-wrap .one-col:not(.headline-feature)
 .col` is the direct culprit, but I'm not sure how we want to tackle the
 issue.

 This only affects the section shown below in the screenshot.
