 "Meetup" is a brand, but [http://www.dictionary.com/browse/meetup it's
 also a generic term]. When we use it, I think we're always referring to
 the generic term.

 The Tokyo WordPress meetup is still a "meetup", even though it uses
 DoorKeeper.jp instead of Meetup.com. We wouldn't call it the "Tokyo
 WordPress DoorKeeper", or say, "...upcoming events including Meetups and
 DoorKeepers and WordCamps."
