 This may be a case of it looking for a very particular file, the trouble
 is that isn't clear if the case.

 I discovered this whilst testing the video widget, but assume its media
 library. I see the following:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/jLgqBIQbvi.png, 60%)]]

 Somewhat of a surprise when my media library shows...

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/pCAJry0o1a.png, 60%)]]
