 @iandunn Can `$this->maybe_anonymize_ip_address(
 $this->get_unsafe_client_ip() )` be merged into one function and called
 `get_client_ip()`? They're always used in conjunction and feels overly
 verbose

 Instead of using templates for translation strings, can we use the
 dashboard l10n object?
