 @grosbouff 4.1.1 version has been released; however, @afercia pointed some
 accessibility issues that will be fixed on 4.1.2, that will be released by
 the end of next week. Also, if you download
 https://github.com/mediaelement/mediaelement/files/1009558/wp-
 mediaelement.zip it contains the latest version of the wp-mediaelement
 files with some minor formatting fixes. So let's create the new patch once
 4.1.2 is released. Thanks
