 Widgets: Add missing `wp-editor-area` CSS class for `textarea` in the
 TinyMCE-extended Text widget to ensure proper styles are applied.

 Removes extra border around TinyMCE-wrapped `textarea` and removes gap at
 bottom due to lack of `display:block`.
