 * I can't select a default value anymore, whatever I click only Custom
 gets checked: https://cloudup.com/cVxrkkXR7kE
 * `get_locale()` should be `get_user_locale()` because `$wp_locale` is
 populated with the data of the user locale.
 * `options.php` is still using `wp.date.date_i18n()`.
 * It looks like the strings for `relativeTime` in `wp.date.setupLocale()`
 aren't translatable.
