 Sounds like you are using a plugin that tries to change how scripts are
 loaded in the admin. The URL you pasted looks like the standard WP URL
 except the `/admin-ajax.php` part. If you remove it the scripts are
 outputted properly.

 Try disabling any caching plugins, or all plugins one by one until you
 find the plugin with the error, then contact the plugin's authors.
