 Yes, I finally managed to turn on the now hidden Custom CSS thanks to

 I think the helper text could be simplified, but I honestly don't know
 what all that Tab and Esc stuff is even about. And is it important enough
 to be mentioned there?

 If I were to rewrite it keeping a novice CSS author in mind, I'd suggest:
