 Why not write the suggested password upon creation, then if the user
 creates a new password, they can overwrite it?

 That way, the users who navigate after seeing the suggested password would
 be right, and those who create a new password would be right.

 I'd be happy to take this one on, just need a consensus on what should
 happen.
