Comment:

 @azaozz I've discovered a defect with Quick Tags, namely they only get
 initialized for the first editor created. For subsequent editors, the QT
 container element is empty. Thereafter, I am currently forced to manually
 call `QTags._buttonsInit()` which clearly isn't right.
