 I like this, but it might be a pretty limited amount of hosts that can
 support it, so an initial patch, then test + survey would be good.

 Imagick (and `WP_Image_Editor_Imagick`, to a limited extent) supports
 video formats, but the support varies based on availability and
 configuration of ffmpeg on the system.
