 Yeah it's available but it's an older version (6.6.x) as I mentioned in
 [comment:9 comment:9]. AFAICT this exhibits the bug that causes
 `test_image_preserves_alpha_on_rotate()` to fail whereas 6.9.x doesn't.

 Could do with some more testing, but that's where I've gotten so far.
