 When I upload an mp3 to the Media Library that has any ID3v2 information,
 I receive an error, "Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security
 reasons.".

 When I removed the ID3v2 information, and solely had ID3v1 information,
 the upload completed successfully.

 mp3 files are an allowed file type in my WP installation.
 ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS is false.
