 Thanks for the feedback! I'll do a little more research this morning and
 put up a new patch. Right now the `application/CDFV2...` workaround
 applies to 3-letter Office types (like DOC, XLS, etc.), but not the
 4-letter types (DOCX, XLSX, etc.).
