Comment:

 With it seeming more and more like an accessible code editor isn't going
 to be a possibility, and [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-
 practices/coding-standards/accessibility-coding-standards/ the WordPress
 standards require that all new code conform to WCAG 2.0],  I think we
 should close this as maybelater and consider it plugin territory until
 such time as an editor that all users can use is available.
