 Related to the above discussion, [attachment:39441.7.diff] is a minor
 update that removes the far-from-optimal way of printing the field title
 twice and instead produces clean markup.

 With this page, the CSS styles will be visually messed up a bit, but it
 shouldn't matter now since we are going for a one-column layout anyway.
 The markup in the patch is probably closer to what we are going to end up
 with though.
