 I've chatted with @zoonini and reverse my opinion here. Since the rest of
 the on/off checkboxes in the Customizer and the Admin equate checked with
 on, and unchecked with off, we shouldn't change that.

 That said, let's go with [attachment:title-tagline-1.jpg] as it is.
