 then I can't make update again because I have notice about other update.
 After remove option `core_updater.lock` I can try make update.

 PHP Version 7.0.9

 Apache Version  Apache/2.4.23 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2h PHP/7.0.9
 Apache 2.0 Handler
