 I have the same problem after upgrading to version 4.7.2 four weeks ago.
 The error message "You must be a member of at least one site to use this
 page." disappeared after
 replacing the get_blogs_of_user() function with the one from WordPress
 4.6.1.

 I thought this will be fixed in version 4.7.3 but found that it's not.
 (wp-includes/user.php is not revised yet)
 May I ask if this bug will be fixed in the next update?
