 Thanks for the feedback, @kosso, @jbalyo. This is helpful for #39963,
 which should fix most instances like these.

 In the meantime, unfortunately, any server throwing "application/*" as the
 "true" MIME type for a given file will be under heavy scrutiny, and if
 that "true" type isn't also whitelisted, it will fail. For people with the
 OGG issue, I think the code I shared earlier should fix it.
