 Anyone else experience that if you go on WP admin -> Settings -> General
 and try to save Date Format or Time Format to Custom, it do not
 change/update nothing on saving but reset to the previous setting?

 passing a timestamp, that return ever the same, whatever i can change the
 timezone setting. Maybe on this i've not understand something, but about
 the above, i'm not the only one experiencing this behavior about Custom
 setting for Date Format or Time Format.
