 Given the data gathered from themes, perhaps we can use this as an
 opportunity to codify recommendations in the theme handbook for how
 sidebars should be named? If a theme author knows that the way they name
 their sidebars is important, they can re-use the sidebar ids that are
 recognized in core for mapping and easy the switching into their theme.
