 [attachment:39854.5.patch] looks good to me, thank you @sagarkbhatt.

 I don't have any specific concerns with exposing this new information
 either, but my first thought was to restrict it since it's not really
 available elsewhere.  Unless someone disagrees with the approach here,
 we'll get it committed after the 4.7.3 release ships.
