Comment:

 I updated the patch with a {{{! is_null()}}} checks because the defaults
 are {{{null}}}.

 Added tests as well, for the {{{'public'}}} input argument with the values
 {{{true, 'true', false}}} and {{{'false'}}} based on the existing
 {{{siteQueyry.php}}} tests.
