 @wafwaf I would suspect there is a JavaScript error in your browser
 console due to some conflict between WP, your plugins, your theme, etc,
 which is preventing TinyMCE from loading.

 Can you start a new thread on https://wordpress.org/support/ and explain
 the issue if you need assistance tracking it down from there.
