 @gitlost taking a bit of your code I have extended my plugin now to start
 with no visual editor.
 As it is silent if installed on 4.7  you can pre-install.
 In theory then all will be good on upgrade.
 If you want the visual editor later when happy - I have added a wp-config
 constant.

 I'm just finishing testing and pushing to the repo, look out for version
 1.3.

 If any one has a 4.7 test site to try for upgrade I welcome further tests.
