 Hi Sergey,

 As I read it, it is for outgoing, external links. It is about their
 spiders. Follow for internal links is desired, occupying their spiders to
 follow all external links on all subapages is not desired. Takes spiders
 time, repeats on all subpages, and most important, they probably already
 visited all those links and have it in its index.
