 Worth noting the new editor Gutenberg is likely going to remove the Post
 Formats UI from the Edit Post screen, see
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/577
 That doesn't mean they will be retired and removed from the Posts list
 too. It would be great to clarify future plans though.
