 Looking at the screenshot, it seems the request here may be to ignore the
 update?

 I'm closing this as `wontfix`, for the two different interpretations of
 this:
  - "Ignore Update" - We don't want to encourage users to ignore updates,
 it's in the users (and the web's) best interest to keep plugins/themes
 updated to improve security and fix bugs
  - "Cancel Update during update" - This is something that isn't possible
 to do once the update process has started, at a technical level, there's
 no way for a user-initiated request to abort the update process.
  - Rollbacks - See #37301 - that's the best ticket I can find, but there's
 an older ticket closed as `wontfix` for installing older versions of
 plugins I believe, same reasons for wontfix as ignoring the update above.
