 I really, really wish we would just get rid of these - our test suite
 should not be calling out to our issue tracker.

 > `wp-api-generated.js` is generated by PHPUnit for use in QUnit tests.

 It should be fine to ignore a failure to update this file, as `wp-api-
 generated.js` is checked into source control and is not usually updated.
