 I'm nervous about concerns around `fastcgi_finish_request()`:
 https://stackoverflow.com/questions/14191947/php-fpm-fastcgi-finish-
 request-reliable

 Accidental output can cause the script to exit, and potential issues with
 not being able to write to the error log.
