 ok well after trying to get WooCommerce tree to work i see this is a WP
 problem.
 I can vouch that it's affecting WooCommerce.
 I just finish reading ticket
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/18282#comment:25 and im having the
 same prob. Please get an official fix for this bug as it's affecting other
 systems that count on WP to work well. the fix is not working.
