 @wayne17 thanks for your report and welcome to Trac! As far as I see,
 there's nothing in WordPress that outputs an `autocomplete` attribute with
 value `nope`. This is very likely something output by the theme you're
 using or a plugin that is modifying the comments textarea. Can you please
 check if this still happens with all plugins disabled and a default theme
 like Twenty Seventeen?
