Comment:

 This is long overdue.  Let's do it in 4.8.1.

 The attached patch moves the privacy text to `freedoms.php` temporarily
 because we can't add a new file in a minor release.

 I'd like to see a blurb about the events widget too, but I think this is a
 good start.
