 '''40138.2015.diff''' addresses the widget tagcloud fix for TwentyFifteen.
 Following the previous fix for TwentySeventeen to have similar code
 everywhere.

 I'll move on to the other themes uploading each patch with .YEAR
 respectively for each theme asap.
