 @pento FYI: You can remove the `encoding` directive from your ruleset.
 This was added to the `WordPress-Core` ruleset in [https://github.com
 /WordPress-Coding-Standards/WordPress-Coding-Standards/pull/992 PR #992] a
 couple of weeks back.
