 I can confirm that this happens with WordPress 4.8, PHP 7.0.

 The issue does indeed seem to be with iThemes Security, it still
 reproduces with the latest version of the plugin.

 Steps to reproduce:
 > Be a logged-in user
 > Don't log in for a couple days
 > Attempt to open the site
 > Error 502 (due to infinite loop in an action/filter and subsequent
 memory exhaustion)

 Logged-out users can still see the site.
 Opening the site in incognito mode and logging-in works.
 Clearing cookies and logging-in works.
