 This Trac is used for enhancements and bug reporting for the WordPress
 core software, not in third-party plugins.

 I couldn't really find a real plugin that's called WPCoreSys (it's nothing
 official by the WordPress team). The only thing I have found is that this
 plugin is used to [https://www.webvolutionchicago.com/wpcoresys-dolly-
 hack/ inject malware in your site].
