 @adamsilverstein I've update the patch here with a couple of minor tweaks
 [attachment:40894.1.diff] :

 * Adds `webpack.config.js` to the `grunt watch:config` task
 * Adds `webpack.config.js` to the `grunt precommit` task
 * Moves the ''webpack'' dependencies from `dependencies` to
 `devDependencies`

 I've not yet tested the output differences from switching to ''webpack'',
 will test that in the coming days.
