 Hi, I know this is an old ticket but since I had the same problem and
 could not find a proper solution elsewhere I'll post it here.
 In my case this issue was caused by a single file that was saved with
 UTF8-BOM encoding instead of UTF8 encoding. I suspect this happened after
 doing a quick edit with the default windows notepad instead of a proper
 code editor.
 If you run into this problem, I would advise to check the encoding of all
 files in your website.
 If you do direct edits in files, always use notepad++ or another encoding
 aware editor instead of the standard windows notepad.
